Comments: Merry Christmas to all. I was a gunner on 14 track, 1st platoon,C troop 70-71. Charlie blew the track out from under us on the yellow brick Rd. 29mar71. Doc Pederson saved my life before he was KIA along with Sgt. Cox. Does anyone remember the ride back to the motor pool on Christmas of 70 from the back yard? We ticked off a lot of locals that night. Wow! So long ago. Go Bless you all. Gary Jackson

Comments: Clinton Weekley, this is a reminder to you if you missed my note to you on 12-4-13, you might have my T.C. on my tank later part of 67'thru TET 68' and in Hue Feb. 68'. We were in 3rd plt. sent N. on LST's to DaNang with A Trp. Got off LST and loaded our 3rd plt. on 3 LCU,s went N. to mouth of the Perfume River headed up to Hue and after being greeted properly by the NVA and VC there's not much I remember for days later. We were pulled into the Cididal and remand there held up with the marines. You wore your D.I. hat sometimes when you sat behind the fifty cal. If this is you I'd like to hear from you and our crew after I left the Asha Valley in 5-8-68. My ph.# is 530-223-5852, E-mail tdpilk@charter.net. If this not the same Sgt. Weekley, I still am glad you made it back tohte world. and wish you and all our fellow troopers a very merry Xmas and a happy new year.
