I lost my best friend in Vietnam his name was Thomas, went by Tom middle name Neil last name Grose. he served in D troop, 3rd sqdn,5th cavalry 9th infantry div. Killed in Kien Hoa province So. Vietnam he was killed on Feb.25th 1969 shot down in a helicopter. I am looking for anyone who may have known him, he was from Helena Montana. I was a 1st cook at D Troop 3rd of 5th Cav Feb 1968 to Nov 1968. I cooked in the mess hall at Bearcat and with 11 days left had to move to Dong Tam. I have pictures of dough boys and other people at Bearcat.
