Comments: Clinton Weekley, I was wondering if you might have been my T.C. from late 67' thru the TET 0f 68'. You wood have been in 3rd plt. on 38. If this was you you used to sit on the the cupoloe on guard with your drill sgt's. hat on. John Lay was the gunner and Lans was the loader and I was the driver. I never knew your first name, just Sgt. Weekley. I left you guys 5-8-68 at F.B. Cambrige before F.B. Bastone in the Asha Valley for home. If this is you I'd like to hear from you to find out what happened to the crew and after I left. If this I've a picture of us setting on the back deck of our tank inside the cididual in Hue. Glad you made it home anyway. My ph. # is 530-223-5852 if you'd like to contact me.

Comments: My father was a member of D troop 3/5 cav. From Dec 1967-Dec1968. He was recon. He was shot on april 25th 1968. Along with several other men. He was lucky enough to survive. I am looking for a man who's nickname was " shorty"! He was also shot that day but my father and I were unable to find out whether he survived or was KIA. Unfortunately my dad can not remember his real name just the nickname. I am in search of a D troop roster 3/5 cav. From Jan 1968. So we can search for him. If he was KIA. My father wants to find his name on the "wall". But if by some miracle he survived. And is still alive. My father would very much like to talk to him. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
