Comments: stan skinner when were you in nam and what troop ? i vagely remember a skinner in c-troop 67
Comments: Mike: I do remember that ambush/incident, but only after you posted it! We did "bite-off" more than we expected. I don't recall anybody getting wounded or KIA, though. Was there any? Don't remember hardly anything about "Nam". And now, I do remember about Cpt. Carr, and your right, that's the only time he was with the platoon. I can remember you and Sgt. Baker. Do you remember when we booby-trapped a PC that had hit a mine, and it was getting late. "Higher-up" wanted to save it, but it was where we couldn't really secure it. That's the reason we booby-trapped it, BUT, when we went to connect the battery, we didn't realize that the "spoon/trip wire" was wet. In turn, we ended up blowing the damn thing up! We where awful close, due to the fact, our wire was a "little" short. I can still see the fireball coming towards us! Still amazes me that we didn't kill ourselves! Take care!
Comments: My husband Doug was a member and webmaster of this site prior to his death. Could I please get a copy of newsletter and have access to Fiddler's Green. I would also like to get in contact with a couple of Doug's buddies, Hache' and David Neuman. Thank you

Comments: I write this so I do not have to tell the event to every person. On the 22 of June my wife was 911 to the hospital , she was there for 5 days with a very bad infection, shortly after we got her home I was admitted 911 to the hospital and spent 2 days there. At this time Rosie is doing very well as for me I'm in rehab and will be for some time, my diagnosis was Benign positional vertigo and Peripheral neuropathy this has to do with balance and at this this time I can not run, since I walk with a cane, I expect to return to my old way of life soon, hopefully. However I can not drive except around my home area, if you have any special connections please send up a few prayers for me and I thank all of you in advance.
