Comments: Thinking of all who have served, past and present, especially those those who gave all and their families this memorial day week-end. May we never forget.
Comments: Robert Gentle, I just saw your post in the guestbook. My father is SFC Joseph A. Whitman (A37) May 68-May 69. I don't know if you knew or remember him. I'm so glad to hear that you've reconnected with some of your brothers. I have a pic of my dad with the a great bunch of the guys and think it is possible that you are among those in the pic. If you would like to contact me I would be happy to forward a copy of the pic to you. Dad passed away in 1973 (heart attack) but I have fond memories and am pleased to hear from those who served with him. My e-mail is dwhitmantwin@yahoo.com. Welcome to the website and thanks for your service.
Comments: Hello my uncle Jimmy Thompson served in C Troop and was killed in action in the Phuoc Tuy Province on 12/31/1967. I have a grainy picture of him on his ACAV and it looks like "Cherry" is written on the side. I am trying to gather information for my mom and our family and was hoping someone might remember him or have been in the area at the same time. Thanks, MG
