Good evening, my fellow veterans. Tomorrow, May 25, 2018, is the 50th anniversary of my father (SSG John A. Thiele, Jr. or Bird Dog Six) being KIA in Quang Tri, Vietnam. I just wanted to reach out to all of you and let you know how much I appreciate your service to our Nation and defending our freedoms. There has not been a day gone by without thinking of my father. I have some great memories of him although not enough by any means. I hope this message finds all of you well and I pray that your lives have been filled with joy. Take care and God Bless all of you! Your friend, Chris.
