BROTHERS RICK DRAL WIFE ELLEN WAS CLIMBING ON THERE PONTOON BOAT IN THEIR YARD LOST HER GRIP FELL BACKWARDS BROKE HER BACK.. SHE IS HOME KNOW RICK IS HER NURSING HER BACK TO HEALTH.. SHE ALSO CHIPPED A BONE IN HER KNEE...OUR PRAYER ARE WITH THEM

I was a Spec 4 Combat Medic, I came over on the USS Upshur Troop Ship. I worked on the ship in the Hospital. We landed in Vung Tau Harbor and was transported to Bearcat. I was in the Battle of Ap Bau Bang. Does anyone remember me?

Saw action at Charlie deuce several times.
Took part in Lamson 719 that was an experience.

This is an extremely long shot but here goes. I am looking to connect with someone, name long forgotten, who served in 3rd Platoon, A Troop during 1968 and who joined us months after we went "up North." He was from a farm family in either North Dakota or South Dakota. There can't be more than about one person who fits those criteria.
