I served in B Troop, 2nd Plt, from November,1967, to July, 1968....I started on roadrunner 23, moved to 26, ended up on 22...would enjoy corresponding with anyone who remembers those days...welcome home, brothers!

I was Platoon leader 2nd Plt, B-Troop, from Jan68 to Aug68---Am looking for anyone who remembers me or was in B-Troop at the same time. Tried contacting the B-Troop rep on this site but the site will not allow???
Joined the unit 2 weeks before Tet68, did the 2 LST transfers north, Da Nang and Cue Viet up the river to Dong Ha and all over Quang Tri Province. B-Troop over ran NVA at battle of Bin An 3/5 put in for Valorous Unit citation.---my cell is 406-407-5998

Served with D Troop, Charlie Horse Scouts 3/5 Cav 1971-72 during Operation Lam Son 719 in Quang Tri.
Just retired from Army Aviation 1 Jan 2012 and now doing Veteran Service Officer work for the VFW, American Legion and the Vietnam Veterans of America.

Should be ready for the VHCMA reunion in June. Features 600 new helicopter names. However, new NAMES can still be added right up until the final edit. hi all 3/5 cav. merry x mass and have a very happy new year I will see all my brothers in Washington dc. i am still looking for Samuel Bradford and any one I haven't meet from c troop maint July 68/69 and all the other that I may not remember from c troop I first joined c I drove for srg white house there were two other on the tank one was the gunner we called him the chef or something like that the other one I don't know very well I think he was do rotate soon so I don't know much about him I keep to my self to much know all this year later I wish I hadn't I worked on a lot of your tanks and apc when we were at evens I try to keep your light that's where we replaced most of your motors on some may remember my brother Rodney moody was with me from late oct 68 to July 29 69 will I will see you all sept..

Russell staford- I was on 29 track from oct 70-oct 71. I wasd on 29 track with Guy Hildon Ross Franklin. Rember Lam Som 719 well. Also rember Dave Whitehead, Doc Shepard,Battle,Z,Escalera,Steve ?? was a good artest.
