Comments: Attempting to locate a Vietnam vet, Paul Bonacio (sp?), medic 1968-69, 3rd/5th 9th ID. Possibly wounded in Jan or Feb 1969, on USS Sanctuary hospital ship. James Richard "Doc" Oliver served with him, I think at Wunder Beach 1968 72before being sent to different Troops & we have been trying to locate for many years. Your consideration in this is greatly appreciated.

Comments: I was transferred from 11th acr in may of 1967 to A trp 3/5 stayed to aug. of 1967 I was on tank that got hit by rpg 7 in last week of june 67. Sgt yanez was tank commander.stevens was driver lowe was gunner I was the loader. tank name Alibi

Comments: i was w/D Troop 3/5 Air Cav from Dec 1968 - Oct 1970..first at Dong Tam then at Vinh Long when the 9th Inf. went home...i remember when the ammo dump took a direct hit from a VC rocket and 500 tons of ammo went up in flames / smoke...i was an armament repairman working mostly on cobras also loh's.....flew almost every day to the AO..it is good to find this guestbook....
