Comments: todd thiede ~ I left country early March, 1971 after we got hit and LT. Kincer was KIA. I believe Sgt. Bradly a Staff Sgt., was my T/C on #39 Sheridan. We knicknamed him daddy Wilco cause he was much older than the rest of us, he arrived from Germany and told us he didn't know what he did wrong to deserve this. BTW I was driver 39 and hit a tank mine by MyLoc. The KIA medic you mention Gary Geiger, treated my injuries from a head injury in that firefight before I left. Since NAM I've kissed the ground I walk on everyday and bless and honor all who served.

Comments: House and vehicles flooded. First thing I did was rent a car. Remember, a cavalry man without a vehicle is nothing more than a grunt. All family ok. We were evacuated by airboat.
