On August 1st I attended the retirement ceremony for Colonel Fred (Doc) Miller, A Troop Medic 70-71 in Boise Idaho. Fred spent 28 years in the Idaho National Guard and was so highly thought of that the state awarded him a Brevet promotion to Brigadier General on his retirement. Congratulations Fred from all Black Knights!
