Sgt Leroy King!! It's nice to know you are OK. You were my platoon Sgt for a while. I also remember when you were on the CO's track. Welcome home. I hope you make a reunion. You will know a few people. I was Platoon Leader of 1st platoon C Trp from May to October 1970.

Today is the anniversary of my first night in the field with A Troop, 3plt in 1969; my heartfelt condolences to C Troop, who lost a number of good men this night when their ndp was attacked. We were in a "blocking position" and watched while this happened, unable to go to your assistance due to orders...I still feel the guilt of being unable to help, and remember so well the reception you guys gave us the next morning. You were the heros...such bravery, such brotherhood. I'd love to hear from any of you-please call me at (315) 262-2497. My tears are with you.

Pat,
I was wondering the same thing. Those B Troopers that went over on the boat have been especially hard to find. One day they're gonna pop up.
