You went by Alfie and liked to scare the hell out of everyone when you took the blasting cap out of a hand grenade, then you droped it with the pin out,you liked to watch every body run!!! Patrick I was right beside you on the B troop VTR when the chopper hit the C rats at Vandergriff, were you the cook that kicked the windsheild out of the chopper??

B troop,feb 68-feb 69, track 16 then 66 ,drove then made sgt.became redoak 66.was on 66 for 3 diff. captains the only one I really remember is John, with his deadly M-14A1E1 (?) rifle.happy to be back in touch.

Richard Block. Are you the SSG Block with 2nd plt. A Troop in Bien Hoa during Tet? I think you had several wounded on board. My recollection is that we helped Harper through your rear door and you were already crowded. I think I caught a ride with someone else because you were so full. I also seem to remember that you also got hit about that same time? Do I have it right or is my "fog" getting thicker?
