Comments: Larry Spencer,
I think I remember you. I was in the 2-6 tango with Lt. McCandles 2nd platoon A troop. When I read your post, the memory came back to me about Cpt. Miggs (M-16). Did you guys ever find it? And, what happened to the guy who couldn't stay awake?
Comments: Rcvd. a request from my Chapter #858 Vietnam Veterans of America - Honolulu - to send a THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE birthday card to Albert Knisley P. O. BOX 6 Greenfield, Ohio 45123. I noticed his daughter, Becky Newsom, has a posting in this site in regards to her reqeust. I have posted this request under the forums of Army, Navy and Air Force Together We Served. Albert is a WW II veteran who will be 90 on 9-11-10. This is a wonderful idea to say thank you for his service. Our WW II vets are quickly leaving us - lets honor them whenever possible! I a assuming that Albert was with the 3rd/5th Cav. THANKS TO ALL.
Comments: I was in C Troop from 01/69 thru 18 Oct 69. We hit a land mine outside Cam Lo while pulling road security. I was normally on 29 but was riding a PC for the time as my tank had hit a land mine while I was on R&R. After hitting the mine I can't remember to much. I do recall SFC Whitehead was the Plt Sgt. I have some old photos but can't remember many of the guys. If you remember me, please write or email. Welcome Home.

Comments: Tom Mowery. I sure am sorry. When I wrote that entry to you, I somewhere had gotten the idea that you were a medic with C-Trp. At least I can use that for an excuse for not remembering you.
