Merry Christmas to all my fellow Black Knights, and to your families and loved ones.

By the way, the only "Woodstock" I saw in 1969 was the stock of my Army issued M-14 rifle at Ft. Campbell in basic training. 3/5 Cav troopers Tim Jones and medic Ron Rebouchet hung that nickname on me in Nam. Walking around with the name Wood over my pocket inspired that handle. Coulda' been a worse nickname. I've surely been called worse.

I am saddened to hear that so many of our brothers in arms have recently moved on to Fiddlers Green. Rest in peace brothers, and save me a spot under a shade tree.

Did y'all see Santa fly over last night with a D Troop escort? Times are so hard even Santa needs the * * * Cavalry to guard his stuff. Yipie I oh, yipie I ay, Ghost Riders in the sky...

:D

My dad, Carl Raber was a Black Knight in 68-69. When he found you guys online he started to relax and talk about Vietnam a little. I appreciate all of you looking after him while he was over there. He died in June of 2013.
Thank you,
Chad Keltner

It’s with great sadness that I post this. My father, Ronald Quezada (Original Founder & Former President of The Black Knights) passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020, after a motorcycle accident.
The service will be held at Sims Funeral Home in Bonifay, FL December 4 @ 10 am and then he will be laid to rest at Barrancas National Cemetery that same day @ 2 pm.
He loved you all very much. My family and I thank you all for being an important part of his life.
Thank you all for your service and sacrifice.
