PORT SEA II 3/5 CAV Black Knights

April 2 1967 –“OPERATION PORT SEA II”– Phuoc Tuy Province, Xuyen Moc, III Corps -

The 1st Brigade, 9th Infantry Division conducted this operation with the 2/39th and 2/47th Infantry Battalions and the 3rd/5th Cavalry. The goal of the operation was security for Route 327 and disruption of enemy supply lines.
