Comments: It has been a while since I have been on this site. I was with 34 track B Troop for 6 months of 1968. Last 6 months I got transferred back to Long Binh Post Co. D 87th Infantry. Lost 2 days going to Viet Nam 1 Jan 1968 but saw 1 Jan 1969 twice coming back. In Japan and at Fort Ord in California. Saw more of Viet Nam that I wanted to see. From Bearcat Base Camp for 9th Infantry to Saigon to Da Nang to Dong Ha to the DMZ, Quang Tri, down through Hue to Chai Lai and back to Bien Hoa airfield to Long Binh.
